An Overview
Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, is a state-owned tertiary institution located in the agricultural town of Otefe in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.
Governor James Onanefe Ibori signed a bill into law in November 2002 that founded Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara. The Delta State Ministry of Education and Westminster University in London collaborated on this project. The Delta State Higher Education Project (DSHEP) was borne out of this partnership.
