This is to alert all prospective National Diploma (ND) students of Gombe State Polytechnic, Bajoga, that the management has officially released the Admission List for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.
Accepted students are required to report for screening and registration between March 30th and April 17th, 2026. Failure to complete registration within this window may result in the forfeiture of the admission offer.
Mandatory First Step: JAMB CAPS Acceptance
Before proceeding to the school portal, all ND candidates must:

Visit the JAMB e-Facility Portal.

Log in with your email and password.

Click on ‘Check Admission Status’ and access your CAPS.

Accept the admission offer. Once accepted, ensure you print your official JAMB Admission Letter, as it is a required document for physical screening.
Registration Procedure for Newly Admitted Students
1. Download School Admission Letter
Successful applicants should visit the official school site at www.gspb.edu.ng to download their institutional admission letters. Report to your respective Head of Department (HOD) for physical screening/clearance. You must bring original copies of your O’Level results, JAMB result slip, and other credentials.
2. MIS/ICT Online Clearance
After receiving departmental clearance, proceed to the MIS/ICT Unit for online clearance. This step activates your student profile for fee payment.
3. School Fees Payment (Remita)
Log in to the Student Portal using your Application Number as the username and “password” as the default password (it is highly recommended to change this after your first login).

Payment Options: You can generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) to pay at any commercial bank branch or complete the transaction online using your ATM card or bank transfer.

Note: If your account has not been cleared by the ICT unit, the payment link will remain inactive.
4. Generation of Registration Number
Upon successful payment, your official Registration Number will be automatically generated and printed on your Payment Slip.
5. Bursary Confirmation
Proceed to the Bursary Department with your Payment Slip to collect an official signed receipt.
6. Medical Evaluation
Visit the Polytechnic’s Medical Centre for evaluations. Use the medical forms downloaded alongside your admission letter as the starting point for your tests.
7. Course Registration & Signing
Return to the MIS/ICT Unit to print your registered courses. You must then proceed to your department to obtain the signatures of the HOD and your Course Advisor.
8. Validation at Academic Office
Make three (3) copies of all completed forms, receipts, and credentials. Submit them to the Academic Office for final validation. Your registration is only considered legally binding once it has been validated here.
9. Security & ID Card
Report to the Security Unit for the issuance of your temporary identification card.
10. Final Documentation
Place three (3) copies of your temporary ID card into three separate files:

Two (2) copies for the Academic Office.

One (1) copy for your Department.
