This is to advise all admitted first-year students that they may now pay their acceptance fee online through the e-transact pay outlets.  Customers may pay from any location using any bank’s debit or credit card. They can also pay online using an ATM (Debit or Credit) card.

Payment and registration should be completed online using the ACEOND registration portal (portal.aceondo.edu.ng), which may be accessed at any time.

This is to alert the general public that the management of Anambra State College of Health Technology, Obosi has announced publicly the sales of its 2022/2023 Admission Form.

  1. Click on the admission link here, and select purchase application form link from the menu.
  2. Select the desired program type (HND or Certificate Program) and click continue.
  3. Fill the form in the next step by filling in the applicants Name, Email, and Phone Number and then click proceed.
  4. Step 3 will bring you to paystack platform where you will make payment using your ATM card on the web portal (Note* that a valid ATM card is required to make payment), and on completion of payment, the portal generates a receipt with reference number.
  5. To fill the application form after purchase, click on the admission menu and select fill application form.
  6. Enter your reference number and phone number to proceed.

Adamawa College of Education reopens with an N4,500 tuition fine for students

The Adamawa College of Education, Hong has announced a resumption calendar for the continuation of the 2020/2021 academic year following the closure of the institution in November 2021 as a result of a violent protest by students.

The College has imposed an N4,500 per student fine as compensation for the damage done to the school’s facilities and property.

NCE III students are to resume classes on Thursday, February 24, 2022, and to begin the test that was placed on hold on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, according to a note from the office of the institution’s Registrar Alhaji Shuaibu Ahiwa, which was sent out on Wednesday, February 23.

Students in NCE II were instructed to return on March 7 in order to continue their test on March 9, while students in NCE I and Pre-NCE were instructed to return on March 14 in order to finish their examination on March 16, 2022.

The Registrar cautioned that no student would be permitted to appear for the rescheduled examination unless he or she could provide proof of having paid the N4,500 fine into a designated bank account.

Applications are being accepted from adequately qualified applicants for admission to the various programs offered by the Ebonyi state college of health sciences and technology for the 2022/2023 academic year.

APPLICATION METHODS AND TECHNIQUES

(1) Applicants must be at least 17 years old by August 2022 in order to be considered.

[2] The sale of forms will begin on February 22nd and will conclude on July 6th, 2022.

(3) Suitable qualifying candidates need pay a non-refundable fee of Seven Thousand Naira (N7,000.00) only in order to be considered for the position.

OYSCATECH postpones second semester test

During its meeting on Thursday, February 24, 2022, the Management determined that the 2nd semester test, which was originally planned to begin on Monday, February 28, 2022, would be postponed for two weeks instead.

The examination has been postponed till Monday, March 14, 2022.

Students are also encouraged to take advantage of the two-week window to pay the required money and finish the registration procedure.

Student complaints about requests for leave of absence, admission deferral, and other academic-related concerns should be directed to Academic Affairs no later than Friday, March 4, 2022 in order to get guidance and required support from the department.

After the deadline has passed, the Registry will not accept any additional complaint(s) about leave of absence, deferral, suspension of studentship.

The students will be informed as soon as possible of the schedule of the various events that will take place during the two-week shift.

Notice from the FCE Osiele on the start of session for newly accepted student 2021/2022

With regard to 100 Level applicants (new students) accepted for the 2021/2022 Academic Session at the FCE Osiele , the following has been authorized by the College Management:

• The first day of class will be Monday, February 28th, 2022.

• Registration for first-year students will begin on Monday, February 28th, 2022, as well. Because of this, candidates are required to bring their original credentials to the Admissions Office in order to participate in the Registration Exercise.

• Monday, March 7, 2022, is the deadline for payment of fees and registration of applicants who have already been admitted (100-level students).

Please take notice that admission is still ongoing, and that both the JAMB and college portals are still accessible for potential applicants to apply for admission.

Notice to students with academic challenges at the College of Education in Akamkpa

The Academic Board of the College, in accordance with the NCCE Curriculum Implementation Framework (2020, page 84), hereby invites students from the 2009 to 2016 batch years who have outstanding academic challenges to report to their respective departments for documentation and subsequent academic interventions to report to their respective departments. Take a look at the proposed schedule below:

  • Documentation and payment of prescribed fees will take place between February and April of 2022.
  • Students who have been affected will return to campus on May 16, 2022.
  • Review tutorials and lectures – May 17, 2022
  • The examination will take place between June 1 and June 30, 2022.
  • Clearance and certification are scheduled for August 2022.

PROCEDURE FOR DOCUMENTATION:

1. Prospective applicants are required to pay a minimum of N30,000 cash (first payment) (balance N15,000) or the full amount of N45,000 to CRUTECH Micro-finance Bank Akamkpa. Proceed to Room 4 (Final Accounts) of the Bursary Department to acquire an Official Receipt for your purchase.

2 Present the official receipt to the Head of Department for further documentation.

3. Confirm that all failed courses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses have been recorded properly.

4. On May 16, 2022, candidates are required to go to campus for two weeks of lectures in General Education, General courses, and Subject Specialization areas.

5. Make yourselves available for inspection between June 1 and June 30, 2022.

6. Make the remaining fees (N15,000) payment (as the case may be).

7. Obtain a certificate stating that you are not in debt to the College.

8. Make an appointment with the Academic and Exams/Records Unit to get a Statement of Result.
