written by ajibolaaina

Prof. Muhammad Abdullahi, Registrar and Chief Executive of the National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies, has stated that the board is ready to digitize its activities.

NBAIS also intends to increase the number of schools that participate in their exams across the country, according to him.

This was said by Abdullahi in Abuja during a two-day session for NBAIS officers on “Corporate communication and strategic information management,” which was organized in conjunction with Clanfield Communications Limited.

“We have over 1,600 schools across the country sitting for our exams, and at the same time, we hope to persuade the government to grant us national recognition and approval,” he stated.

“We have ICT personnel,” he explained, “most of whom are new because the board is new.” As a result, we need to educate our workers in this area, which is why the session was organized.” For Arabic and Islamic schools, we have a distinct and national curriculum.”

Iheoma Shedrach, Managing Partner of Clanfield Communication Limited, stated that information management was critical to the NBAIS board’s ability to complete their tasks and fulfill their mandates.

Dr. Mainasara Umar, who spoke on the civil service, said that the ultimate goal was to improve service delivery.

Cross River SUBEB debunks reports about recruitment exercise

by ajibolaaina March 11, 2022
written by ajibolaaina

In response to reports making the rounds on social media and other platforms that the Cross River State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) is undertaking a recruiting exercise into the teaching service, the Cross River SUBEB has called the attention of the Cross River SUBEB.

It is important for the general public to be aware that the information is inaccurate and did not come from the Board. It is a ruse used by certain unscrupulous individuals to swindle unsuspecting members of the public of their money.

We would like to bring it to the attention of the general public once more that the Board does not collect any fees or charges in the course of carrying out any of its activities. It is understood that anyone who makes payment to any person(s) in the name of SUBEB does so at his or her sole risk.

We will continue to keep the public updated about all of our actions solely through our official Facebook page and other relevant media venues.
