Mastering Management Accounting: Descriptive Questions & My Exam Experience (2026)

Hello guys, welcome back to MBAKen. I hope you are all doing well. Today’s topic is focused on the Descriptive Questions for the Management Accounting paper.

I previously made a blog post about Semester 1 descriptive questions where three of the questions I highlighted actually appeared in the exam!. However, I am writhing this separate blog post for Management Accounting because, during my Semester 1 in 2025, we weren’t provided with any descriptive question banks for this specific subject, unlike our other subjects.

Whether they provide you with a question bank this year or not, I want to share my experience and strategy to help you succeed—especially those coming from non-commerce backgrounds.

Dr. DY Patil Online MBA: Admission Process & How to Verify Genuine Counselors

by ajibolaaina February 5, 2026
written by ajibolaaina

Hello everyone! Welcome back to MBAKen. I hope you are all doing well. Today’s topic is incredibly important because it involves your hard-earned money and your future: the Dr. DY Patil Online MBA admission process and, more importantly, how to identify a genuine admission counselor versus a third-party scammer.

I am writhing this blog post because many of you commented about the process, and sadly, some shared that they were scammed by people claiming to be university officials who turned out to be unauthorized third parties. Please do not skip any part of this post; one missed point could lead to a major mistake.

MBA vs. Law School: Why I Switched Careers and My Honest Review of the Journey

by ajibolaaina February 3, 2026
written by ajibolaaina

Hi everyone! Welcome back mbaken. My name is Danny, and today we are tackling a question many of you have been asking: Was my MBA program actually worth it?

For those who are new here, I started my MBA journey in August 2022. At the time, I was at a major crossroads, torn between pursuing an MBA or going to law school. I actually filmed a video back then detailing that entire thought process, which you can check out here  since it has helped so many people in that same situation.

Now, as I head into my final semester before graduating this December, I wanted to sit down and reflect on my decision and how this program is shaping my future career.

From Nigeria to North Carolina: My Honest MBA Journey & Application Tips

by ajibolaaina February 3, 2026
written by ajibolaaina

Hey guys! It has been a hot minute since I was on here. If you’re not following me on Instagram, you wouldn’t know why I’ve been AWOL—I officially moved to the U.S. for school! I am currently living in the States and studying for my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).

The truth is, I’ve struggled to find a balance between school and everything else. There’s a notion back home that schooling in the U.S. is “easy” if you did well in Nigeria. That is very false. The academic system here hits you quickly. For example, a 70% is a “C.” You have quizzes and assignments almost every single day. I can’t think of a week where I haven’t had at least three or four. Between midterms and finals, it’s intense. But I’m figuring it out, and I’ve even hired an editor to help me stay consistent here because I genuinely miss talking to you guys about money and personal development!
