FCET Gombe Direct Entry Admission List 2026/2027: Provisional Offers Released

The management of the Federal College of Education (Technical), Gombe (FCET Gombe), has officially released the Direct Entry (DE) Admission List for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. This announcement is for all aspirants who applied for the 200-level undergraduate programmes (affiliated with ATBU or UDUS) and have met the institutional requirements.

Admitted candidates are advised to verify their names on the admission board located at the School of Undergraduate Studies or via the official College Admissions Portal.

Collection of Admission Letters & Registration

All candidates offered admission into the 200-level degree programmes are required to report to the Office of the Dean, School of Undergraduate Studies, to collect their official admission letters.

• Commencement Date: Monday, March 2, 2026.

• Time: 9:00 AM daily.

Required Documents for Physical Screening

To regularize your admission and proceed with university registration, you must present the following documents (Originals and three photocopies of each):

1. Academic Credentials: Original and photocopies of certificates or statements of results (ND, NCE, HND, or IJMB).

2. JAMB Documentation: * Printed JAMB Admission Letter (This is a mandatory requirement).

   • Original JAMB Direct Entry Registration Slip.

3. Identification & Birth Records: * Certificate of Indigeneity from your Local Government Area.

   • Birth Certificate or a legally sworn Declaration of Age.

4. Passport Photographs: Four (4) recent colored passport-sized photographs (plain background).

5. NELFUND Eligibility: As per the 2026 guidelines, admitted students are now eligible for the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND). Ensure your NIN is linked to your student profile to facilitate this.

Registration Procedure (2026 Update)

1. Accept Admission on CAPS: Before visiting the campus, log in to the JAMB e-Facility Portal to accept your offer.

2. Online Screening: Visit the affiliated university portal (e.g., ATBU Screening Portal) for initial online data verification.

3. Physical Verification: Present the documents listed above at the Dean’s Office for signing and stamp of approval.

4. Fee Payment: Proceed to the College Computer Centre to generate your payment invoice for tuition and other registration dues.

Important Note: This admission is provisional and subject to the verification of your qualifications. Any discrepancy found in your results, even after matriculation, will lead to the automatic withdrawal of the admission offer.
