Admission Requirements
| Programme | Admission Requirements |
| Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) | 5 Credits in WAEC/NECO/GCE (English, Maths, Biology, Physics, Chemistry). |
| Pharmacy Technician (PT) | 5 Credits (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, English) at not more than two sittings. |
| Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) | 5 Credits (English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) within the last 5 years. |
| ND/HND Environmental Health | 5 Credits in SSCE/NECO/GCE. Subjects: English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, and one from Geography/Economics/Physics. |
| Health Information Management (HIM) | 5 Credits (English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry/Physics, and one other). |
| Dental Health Technician (DHT) | 4 Credits (including compulsory English, Biology, Chemistry, and Maths). |
| Junior Community Health (JCHEW) | 3 Credits in English, Mathematics, Biology and two passes in other subjects. |
Note for 2026: All National Diploma (ND) candidates must have sat for the 2026 JAMB UTME and obtained the minimum institutional cut-off mark (usually 120+) before applying for the Post-UTME screening.
How to Apply (2026 Process)
The application process is now fully digital. Follow these steps to ensure a successful registration:

Visit the Portal: Go to the official COHESKAT Application Portal.

Create Profile: Click on “Apply Now” to create your profile using a valid email and phone number.

Make Payment: Pay the non-refundable application fee (typically ₦2,500 – ₦5,000 depending on the program) online via Remita using your ATM card or at any commercial bank branch.

Fill Form: Complete the bio-data and academic qualification sections.

Upload Documents: Scan and upload your O’Level result(s), Indigene letter, and Birth certificate.

Submit & Print: Review your details, submit the form, and print your Acknowledgement/Examination Slip.
